Watauga Lake waterfront log cabin in a secluded cove with private dock, kayaks, paddleboard, paddle boat, and fire pit. Enjoy the water view from the porches and large deck while you rock your worries away. Watch the sunset over the forest, float your way around the quiet cove, or venture out to explore over 180 miles of shoreline. Canyon Dream is hosted by Christie & Donaven at WataugaLakeVacations, come relax, unwind, and reconnect with what you love.
Rest, relax and play on Watauga Lake! Enjoy the outdoor living spaces, take in the lake views, and watch the kids play in the quiet cove from the comfort of the deck and porch. At the water, you will find room to fish, sunbathe, swim, or just unwind. Just outside the secluded cove is a large bay away from the main channel, perfect for water activities. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby Little Milligan boat ramp or rent a boat from a local marina and keep it docked in the boat slip during your stay. At the fire pit, kick back in the Adirondack chairs and roast s'mores, enjoy a picnic, or play some corn hole. Continue the fun after sunset when the string lights illuminate the backyard, dock, and walkway into the evening hours.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Canyon Dream is hosted by Watauga Lake Vacations which is owned and operated by Christie and Donaven who both agree, there is no better place to be than on Watauga Lake in the Cherokee National Forest. Donaven is a Realtor, vacation rental manager, and the proud dad of two teenagers, a daughter Ella, and a son Donaven. Christie is also a Realtor and teaches 8th grade ELA at Hampton Elementary School. The entire family loves to ride bikes, hike, spend time on the golf range, shoot skeet, jet ski, boat, swim and hang out on the lake or sit out by a campfire.
